Every one of them is either on-brand and on-campaign, or it isn't.

Two outcomes. One update.

01

Consistency

Logo, fonts and colours locked to your brand. Names, titles and phone numbers come straight from Microsoft Entra ID. Works wherever Outlook runs: desktop, web and mobile.

02

Communication

Put a campaign banner in every signature with one update. Banner links carry your own tracking, so clicks show up in the analytics and CRM you already use. Marketing updates campaigns without IT tickets.

How it works

  1. 01

    Bring the design

Bring your signature design, or we'll build it with you.

  2. 02

    Publish in Kameleon

Connect Microsoft Entra ID and publish one governed signature.

  3. 03

    It appears in Outlook

It appears in everyone's Outlook. Change the banner whenever you launch a new campaign.

For IT

IT keeps control.

Runs natively in Microsoft 365 as an Outlook add-in. IT sets the guardrails once, and marketing updates content within them. No touching individual mailboxes.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. It works wherever Outlook is used: desktop, web and mobile.

Do we need a designer?

Signatures are HTML, so your own designer or agency can create them, or we'll help you set them up.

Can we track banner clicks?

Yes. Banner links can carry UTM tags, so clicks flow into Google Analytics, HubSpot or whatever you already use. Kameleon doesn't use a separate reporting dashboard.

Who manages it day to day?

Usually marketing or communications. IT sets it up once.
