Administrators manage templates, brand, legal clauses and metadata in the portal. The Content Tool lets editors create and publish governed documents, then push them to your Asset Library or selected surfaces (Office, Outlook, Teams). Includes 10 seats of Kameleon Hub + Content Tool, Office, Outlook and Teams each.
How many people need each surface?
Priced by user band on the surfaces you turn on. The first 10 users on each surface are included with the Hub.
Surfaces are priced by user band, not per seat — each band is a flat monthly price, and the first 10 users on Office, Outlook and Teams are included with the Hub. Above 1,000 users on a surface we price with a tailored bid. Billing is a 12-month agreement at 12× the monthly price.

Is Kameleon Hub required?
Yes. The Hub is the governance control plane. Add-ins, API and managed services all connect to it.
What does the setup fee cover?
Initial tenant configuration, branding, baseline template imports, distribution groups and go-live training.
What are the 10 Hub seats for?
They cover content owners, administrators and testing, including add-in access for those people. Rolling an add-in out to the wider organisation is licensed per user.
Does this work with Microsoft Copilot?
Yes. The Kameleon API feeds governed templates, clauses and brand to Copilot and other AI agents.
What is the project fee?
A typical implementation project starts at €4,500. Larger rollouts, rebranding or AI-readiness work are quoted separately.
How is AppSource different from direct?
The product is the same. AppSource lets the charge run through your existing Microsoft agreement; direct billing is with Kameleon.
What is the Content Tool?
The Content Tool is the editor bundled with every Hub: content administrators create, translate and publish governed templates, phrases and layouts from inside Word, PowerPoint and Excel. It's included in the platform fee, never sold separately.
