Kameleon Hub

One governed source for every official document

Templates, brand, clauses, slides and metadata live in one place, maintained by the people responsible for them. Publish once – and Microsoft 365, AI agents and business systems all use the same version.

Collect, scope, publish

01

Bring it together

Bring templates, layouts, phrases, slides, images and signatures into the Hub. Give Legal, Brand, HR and IT their own roles and rights.

02

Decide who sees what

Scope content by company, unit, language or role. Everyone sees only what applies to them.

03

Publish once

Test changes in draft mode inside Office before release. One publish updates Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, the API and MCP.

AI · MCP

Decide where AI writes – and what stays standard

Mark AI fields in the template: a summary, customer benefits, a pricing rationale. Everything else – structure, terms, brand and metadata – comes from the Hub. The agent fills the places it's given. It doesn't redesign the document.

How agents use the Hub

Everything an official document depends on

Content

Document templates by category and language, phrases, images, slide sets and attachments. Content Tool: maintain templates, layouts, phrases and slides directly in Office.

Entities & brand

Companies and units, logos, layouts and footers are chosen automatically by author. Custom author and unit fields, such as a LinkedIn link or department code.

Rules & data

Conditional blocks, merged fields with conditions, managed lists, terms and languages. Data sources: SharePoint lists and term sets, Dynamics 365 CRM and CSV.

Metadata

Metadata groups and document properties that stay in the file – including for your document management system.

Publishing

Draft mode and controlled publishing. Bulk publishing to SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 Asset Library as documents or templates.

Admin & security

Roles, user groups and company visibility by group. User provisioning from Entra ID. Usage statistics and audit logs. Microsoft Azure, data in the EU.

Already using Asset Library? Good.

Kameleon doesn't replace Asset Library – it feeds it. The Hub maintains content and rules, then publishes finished templates where your people already look for them.

Kameleon vs. Asset Library

“Our needs went far beyond clean templates, so we tendered for a complete template management solution – and we wanted it as a SaaS service.”
