Kameleon MCP

Your AI. Your choice. Your rules.

Kameleon MCP connects Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot Studio and other MCP-compatible agents to your Kameleon Hub. AI writes the parts you allow. Structure, brand, approved terms and metadata come from the Hub – every time.

A prompt is not a policy

You can ask an AI to use the latest template and the approved clause. It will try. But it can't know which version is current, which entity is sending, or which clause Legal retired last month. Kameleon gives the agent those answers as structured data – not as hopes in a prompt.

From request to finished document in five steps

01

The request

A person or an agent starts the task in the AI tool they already use: “Draft a proposal for the Acme deal.”

02

Rules from Kameleon

The agent asks Kameleon for the right company, template, layout and list values – and which parts it is allowed to write.

03

Data from your other systems

Customer, pricing and project data come from your CRM, ERP or other MCP services.

04

AI writes, Kameleon assembles

AI fills only the fields reserved for it. Kameleon assembles the document: structure, brand, terms and metadata.

05

A finished file, into your process

The finished Word, PowerPoint or Excel file is opened, sent for e-signature or saved in the right place.

What your agent can do through Kameleon

  • Pick the right company, unit and author – the right contact details and logo every time
  • Find document templates, layouts, slides, phrases, images and logos
  • Read managed lists and data sources – values come from your lists, not from the model's guess
  • Read the AI fields that tell it where it may write
  • Create documents one by one or in batches, and track their status
  • Fetch approved email signatures

What AI doesn't decide

A document holds three kinds of content. Purpose is why it's written. Data comes from lists and systems – AI doesn't invent it. The promise – terms, prices, commitments – is what a person stands behind. AI helps with the first. Kameleon takes care of the other two.

  • Structure and required sections
  • Logo, fonts and layout by company and language
  • Approved terms and standard text
  • List values and metadata
  • Which template applies to which company and situation

Your model. Your tokens. No lock-in.

Kameleon doesn't run or resell an AI model. You use the model and tool you choose – one today, another tomorrow – and your Hub stays the same. Kameleon charges only for the documents it assembles. Creating documents doesn't require Office.

Four roles, one source

Content owners

Legal, Brand and Communications maintain terms, templates and brand once. Every agent uses the current version.

Agent builders

One MCP connection instead of rebuilding template logic inside every agent.

End users

Ask for a document in your own AI tool and get a finished, on-brand file back.

Leadership

Visibility into which documents are produced and from which content – and that they follow the rules you agreed.

Use cases

A proposal from a CRM deal

The agent reads the deal from the CRM, picks the proposal template, writes customer benefits and pricing rationale in the places reserved for them, and returns a finished deck.

A contract from approved clauses

Clauses come from the Hub library by company and country. AI writes only the description of scope.

A service description or report

Structure and standard sections from the Hub, project-specific content from AI, metadata ready for saving.
